On July 30th, according to the news from Maymuse, Maymuse's annual production of 100000 cubic meters of all vanadium flow battery electrolyte production base has completed all preliminary preparations and is ready for equipment entry. Maymuse is about to reach a new milestone!

It is reported that the Maymuse Flow Battery Electrolyte Production Base is located in the New Materials Industrial Zone of Nandu Town, Liyang, Changzhou City. It covers a total area of 100 acres and has a construction area of nearly 30000 square meters. It mainly constructs an annual production line of 100000 cubic meters of all vanadium flow battery electrolyte.

The production base uses high-purity vanadium as raw material and adopts a short process electrolyte preparation process based on the self-developed technology of Maymuse. It is equipped with main equipment such as activation reaction kettle, cooling equipment, filtration equipment, redissolution equipment, energy adjustment tank, electrolysis equipment, etc. It is also equipped with public auxiliary facilities including pure water preparation system, heat transfer oil boiler, circulating cooling water, compressed air, nitrogen, electricity, etc. It is equipped with 12 raw material tanks and 6 finished product tanks. It has a Class A warehouse of more than 5000 square meters, a Class B warehouse of nearly 4000 square meters, a Class B hazardous waste warehouse of nearly 2000 square meters, and a Class C warehouse of nearly 7000 square meters, which are used to prepare electrolytes for vanadium flow batteries that meet national standards.

After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected that the annual industrial output value will reach 2.6 billion yuan, and the annual tax revenue will be about 140 million yuan, providing guarantee for the delivery of existing energy storage power station orders for Maymuse. As an emerging industry, it will drive the development of related industries and provide strong technical and industrial support and guarantee for the development of vanadium flow batteries nationwide. The third quarter of 2024 is the intensive equipment debugging period, and it is expected to have mass production conditions in the fourth quarter and officially start operation.
