Huayang Group's first set of sodium ion battery industrial and commercial energy storage cabinet produced

On May 9th, according to Huayang New Materials Group, another application scenario for Huayang Group's sodium ion batteries - the first set of 50 kW/100 kWh sodium ion battery industrial and commercial energy storage cabinets was taken offline, marking a crucial step for the group to develop the entire industry chain of sodium ion batteries from materials to cells to batteries and applications, and to fully enter the chemical energy storage industry.

The industrial and commercial energy storage cabinet for 50 kW/100 kWh sodium ion batteries has a power of 50 kW and a capacity of 100 kWh. It uses sodium ion square aluminum shell cells and adopts an independent air-cooled design for the energy storage cabinet, which includes 10 sodium ion battery pack air-cooled plug-in boxes. The cabinet integrates a perfluorohexane fire extinguishing device and is equipped with a high-efficiency two-stage PCS (energy storage converter) to build a 400V output string type energy storage system. It has characteristics such as stable and efficient operation of devices with a wide voltage range, high energy density, long service life, and fast charging and discharging. The cycle life is more than 3000 times, and the cycle efficiency is over 95%.

"Our industrial and commercial energy storage cabinets fully leverage the high safety and wide temperature range characteristics of sodium ion batteries, which can discharge normally in an environment below -10 degrees Celsius, bringing new breakthroughs to the energy industry," said Jin Shenglong, Chairman of Huana Core Energy.

"We formed a technical team in early April this year to begin installation. After a month of debugging, the first set of 50 kW/100 kWh sodium ion battery commercial energy storage cabinets has been tested, and the overall operation is stable. All indicators have been completed well, which is an important milestone in the development of Huayang Group's sodium ion energy storage technology." said Mu Jingxin, the technical director of the Huayang Core Energy Pack production workshop.

The main function of sodium ion battery industrial energy storage cabinets is to release electricity during peak demand periods and store electricity during low demand periods, in order to achieve power balance and reduce electricity costs. In addition, the energy storage cabinet can also serve as a backup power source in emergency situations, ensuring stable and reliable power supply. Energy storage cabinets also have advantages such as high efficiency, stability, safety, and environmental protection, making them suitable for household, industrial, commercial and other application scenarios. Through intelligent management, remote monitoring, data analysis, and fault diagnosis of energy storage cabinets can be achieved, providing users with a more convenient and efficient management experience.
