The conference, hosted by ASIACHEM, is to explore and discuss POE, PBE & α-olefin key processes & industry progresses. On Jun 12th, the project (phase I) 100kt/a POE unit extruder/pelletizer purchase bid package evaluation conclusion was published, the winner candidates were short-listed as: Beijing Kaiyue Jiacheng Technology Development Co Ltd and Krauss Maffei Machinery (China) Co Ltd.
On Jun 17th, the project (phase I) 800kt/a methanol to propylene (DMTP) complex inauguration ceremony was held, the attendant delegates from individual parties jointly laid corner stone for the project, marking formal entry of the project into construction stage.
Shaanxi Yulin Energy Chemical epoxy resin integration project (phase I) is a CNY12.801bn investment, with the construction scope including mainly the process units of 800kt/a methanol to propylene (DMTP) complex, 125kt/a chloropropene unit, 150kt/a epichlorohydrin unit, 200kt/a hydroperoxide unit, 300kt/a cumene unit, 350kt/a phenol/acetone unit, 240kt/a bisphenol A unit, 250kt/a epoxy resin unit, 50kt/a EPR unit, 100kt/a polyolefin elastomer (POE) unit, 100kt/a high-salt waste water cleaning unit, thermal power station, as well as accessory utility/auxiliary facilities.
